A Night at the Opera
Central Coast Philharmonia presented A Night at the Opera in 2018 in collaboration with Central Coast Conservatorium and Central Coast Opera, offering a celebratory evening of operatic music for audiences across the region.
This delightful collaboration between Central Coast Philharmonia and Central Coast Opera was a vibrant celebration of opera, bringing together choirs and soloists in a richly varied program.
The Central Coast Philharmonia Choir and the Central Coast Opera Choir were joined by featured soloists Alex Sefton, Hannah Greenshields, Angelique Tot, LaFonta Antoni Harriett, Dmitri Pronin, Katia Pronin, Simon Castle, Nik Roglich, Lisa Marie Harris, Jayden Castle, Jess Carter, and Grant Hayes.
The program featured choruses and arias from legendary composers including Verdi, Strauss, Tchaikovsky, Puccini, Smetana, Bernstein, Purcell, and Mascagni.
